What to Expect

Duration: 14 consecutive days, 10–20 minutes per day.

  • Structure: brief warm‑up, 2–4 targeted exercises, short cool‑down.

  • Progression: gentle increases in difficulty or repetitions; modifications provided.

  • Equipment: none required — just a stable chair, a wall, and comfortable shoes. Optional: light resistance band or small hand weights.

I’m a Certified Personal Trainer and Senior Fitness Specialist with a background in rehabilitation. I’ve worked in hospital and community settings, helping 100s of adults rebuild strength after injury and surgery.
